The BeatlesStoreUSA (the 'Store') is operated exclusively by Signatures Network, Inc. ('SNI'), an
authorized licensee of Apple Corps Limited. SNI is solely responsible for the operation of the Store
and for administering any transaction in connection with the purchase of merchandise from the Store.
